Ningbo Dechang completed the renovation of the Rieter G32 spinning machine with 1824 spindles in Bangladesh. Compared with ring spinning, the 40 count ordinary combed pure cotton compact spinning yarn reduces twist coefficient by 10% while increasing strength by 10-12%, reducing hairiness by 23%, and achieving an average speed of 20000 revolutions per minute.

1: Do not replace the original high-precision front lower roller;

2: Use the original cotton suction fan and the original energy-saving cotton suction whistle tube;

3: The original stretching motor did not require an increase in power and would not experience front roller torsional vibration;

4: Adopting a single head 20kw fan, with a negative pressure head and tail of ± 0.2Kpa.
